We are seeking a part-time front desk receptionist/administrative assistant with marketing capabilities for hire. Monday through Friday, 5 hours daily (flexible on time) in a great friendly office environment.
Daily responsibilities include:
- answering phone & transferring calls
- light to moderate typing
- creation of marketing flyers and emails
- scanning & printing
- basic data entry
- making sure all facets of office run continuously and smoothly
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree
- must be organized and able to prioritize
- previous office experience
- have knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
- computer proficiency
- technologically inclined
- marketing & social media knowledge a plus
