Job Description

We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our Project Management team. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of construction projects by preparing, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. This role provides administrative and budgetary support, manages contract administration, and facilitates design review processes in compliance with Association and Condominium Property Regime (CPR) guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Managers to monitor project budget and coordination of consultants.
  • Administer and track pending contracts, ensure proper execution, and time process of change orders
  • Manage Design Review Applications, facilitate Design Review Committee meetings, prepare materials
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of annual corporate budget supplemental books.
  • Generate and distribute various project reports to various departments

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of real estate development or construction administration
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in project coordination or administration, budge preparation in real estate development or construction desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software
  • Detail-oriented with a high-level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Fosters a collaborative work environment
