Job Description

We are seeking a visionary AI Architect in Irving, TX with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our AI strategy, leveraging Microsoft’s ecosystem—including Azure AI, Cognitive Services, and the Power Platform—to deliver intelligent, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Architecture
• Design end-to-end AI architectures using Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and custom models
• Define solution blueprints, reference architectures, and reusable components for AI workloads
• ML Pipeline Engineering
• Build and optimize scalable ML pipelines using Azure ML, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Snowflake
• Implement feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring using MLOps best practices
• Application Integration
• Embed AI capabilities into enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, and custom .NET solutions
• Leverage Platform to democratize AI across business units
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable AI solutions
• Governance & Security
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards
• Implement model explainability, bias detection, and auditability frameworks
• Thought Leadership & Enablement
• Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and internal evangelism of AI capabilities
• Stay ahead of Microsoft’s evolving AI landscape and industry trends to inform strategic decisions
• Stay current with Microsoft’s evolving AI offerings and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI Architect or similar role
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI stack: Azure ML, Cognitive Services, OpenAI on Azure
• Strong understanding of data engineering tools: Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks
• Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong Proficiency in C# being priority and Python or R is good to have
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in deploying generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and Microsoft’s AI governance tools
• Background in enterprise architecture or cloud-native solution design
• Experience with API management and containerization.
