**Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic** **Location: Miami, FL** **Pay Rate:** $32-$40/hour (Competitive benefits package available upon conversion) We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician responsible for the disassembly and assembly of aircraft parts, including wings, fuselage, and landing gear, following engineering drawings and specifications. The role involves cleaning, inspecting, and making necessary repairs using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. You will also perform A-Checks on Boeing Aircraft. **Responsibilities** + Disassemble and assemble aircraft parts including wings, fuselage, and landing gear. + Follow engineering drawings and specifications accurately. + Clean, inspect, and repair aircraft components as needed. + Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assemblies. + Perform A-Checks on Boeing aircraft. **Qualifications** + Valid A&P license + Experience in maintenance and repair of aircraft + Boeing or Airbus experience is highly desirable. + Experience with widebody aircraft, troubleshooting, and inspection. + Understanding of heavy maintenance, aviation, and military aviation. **Additional Perks** + Opportunities for promotion: Lead position within 2 years or AMT supervisor within 3 years + Comprehensive technical training and continuous improvement programs + Full benefits upon conversion (Details available during application) + Work in a sunny, vibrant location with access to beaches, culture, and international travel hubs **Schedule & Terms** + Schedule: Flexible shifts in a 24-hour operation (Multiple options available across airline contracts) + Overtime: Available as needed + Most technicians enjoy 4-day, 10-hour shifts for better work-life balance **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, Florida. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
