We’re looking for an Asset Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of hotels and ensure each property delivers peak financial and operational performance. This is a hands-on, analytical role that sits at the intersection of real estate, finance, and hospitality operations—ideal for someone who thrives on both strategic insight and in-the-field accountability.

What You’ll Do

Portfolio Oversight & Strategy

  • Identify operational and financial risks, creating actionable mitigation plans.
  • Develop short- and long-term strategies informed by market trends and financial results.
  • Ensure compliance with franchise, loan, vendor, and management agreements.

Financial & Performance Analysis

  • Review property-level financials, STR data, and budgets to drive informed decision-making.
  • Provide insights to leadership through monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
  • Benchmark performance to identify best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Draft investor communications, including quarterly updates and annual budget letters.

Operations & Inspections

  • Conduct on-site visits to assess service quality, property condition, and brand standards.
  • Oversee openings and transitions from construction to full operation.
  • Manage capital improvement planning to protect and enhance asset value.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with internal teams (development, construction, accounting, legal) on portfolio-wide initiatives.
  • Support underwriting and analysis for new acquisitions.
  • Conduct special projects and research for the CEO as needed.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of hotel operations or asset management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate finance, feasibility, and capital projects.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with STR and revenue systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across a growing national portfolio.

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus potential
  • Full benefits, 100% of employee premiums paid for Medical, Vision, Dental, & Life insurance.
