Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager
Location: San Antonio Texas
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.00 to 5.00 pm.
(Hybrid).
Role:
Key contributor to the overall brand team, responsible for coordinating with cross functional teams in planning, execution, and analysis of various business initiatives. This is a management role with some P&L responsibility and includes development of strategic business and marketing plans to achieve corporate and brand volume, profit and share objectives.
Main responsibilities:
Analyze data to identify insights and translate into business initiatives and/or actionable tasks to drive results (Mexico Nielsen data)
2. Working with sales and procurement, coordinate supply and demand to ensure procurement orders the proper amount of materials to support sales volume.
3. Seamlessly execute marketing plans to deliver against brand, financial and share objectives
4. Manage MX market marketing responsible for omnichannel marketing support (social media, web, advertising, influencer management, eCommerce support) with agency assistance.
5. Registration of SKUs within the company for the US market and for Mexico – WIM process.
Requirements:
Education Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
Degree Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA strongly preferred
Experience A minimum 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience is required. Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are required. Experience with Nielsen and/or IRI is preferred.
Language English and Spanish required.
Knowledge and Technical Requirements:
