Your Responsibilities:

✔️ Assist in managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts

✔️ Work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure smooth execution

✔️ Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to keep projects on track

✔️ Review drawings, specifications, and RFI submissions to ensure project accuracy

✔️ Help identify and resolve project risks and challenges proactively

✔️ Maintain detailed project documentation and support reporting requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in ground-up projects

✅ Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting

✅ Experience working with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✅ A team player with a strong work ethic and desire to grow into a leadership role
