Key Responsibilities:

• Support multifamily project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Assist with purchasing, subcontractor negotiations, and schedule tracking
• Manage logs for RFIs, submittals, budget reports, change orders, and project updates
• Collaborate with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, and subs
• Help drive safety, quality, and timely execution across every stage of the build
• Participate in closeout walks and ensure collection of all final documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related construction experience with a general contractor
• Experience supporting ground-up multifamily (BTR) projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
