About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring operational excellence. This position is essential in creating a positive customer experience and leading a team to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in training and developing team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Previous retail management experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.

Pay range and compensation package
