POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Creative Director to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of delivering innovative, impactful advertising campaigns across a diverse range of clients, with a particular focus on Financial Services and Capital Markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and mentor creative teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the creative development process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, innovative work that aligns with client objectives and brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and clients to develop compelling ideas and ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Manage and inspire a team of graphic designers, copywriters, and junior creatives, providing mentorship and constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and presentations, demonstrating creative insights tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client industries, especially Financial Services and Capital Markets, to develop relevant and insightful creative solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate the agency’s creative output.
  • Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and legal requirements within financial markets.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles at an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proven experience working with a variety of clients across different industries.
  • Hands-on experience and a strong understanding of Financial Services and Capital Markets, including regulatory considerations and industry-specific messaging.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating innovative and successful campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate client goals into creative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, and traditional advertising platforms.
