About the Role

Ariat is seeking an Associate Manager, Social to join the Social Team within our Marketing Org. This role will work across Ariat’s Western, Work, and Equestrian brand verticals to support the growth of our social accounts. The Assistant Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Social, and will be responsible for scheduling content on platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn. This role will also work closely with the Social Team to administrate Ariat’s Influencer program and manage Ariat’s dynamic social communities.

Cross-functional partners include Retail, Creative, Digital Marketing, and Brand Marketing teams.

You’ll Make a Difference By

• Developing and managing Ariat’s weekly social content schedule across platforms for its Western, English, and Work Brand.
• Engage directly with Ariat’s social community and brand Athletes/partners to generate engagement and elevate brand sentiment.
• Identifying and acting on social trends in real time to create dynamic content.
• Working with Influencer team to track gifting, product distribution, and content performance.
• Reporting on Ariat’s social content performance across core metrics.
• Traveling to Ariat-sponsored events to capture content for Ariat social channels.
• Collaborating with Ariat athletes, artists, and local influencers to develop social-first content for brand shops.
• Inputting monthly creative brief requests for organic social media visual assets based on upcoming campaigns and brand shop inventory buys.
• Participating in recurring team meetings, creative reviews, and 1:1 check-ins.
• Traveling occasionally to support In-Store Events and Photoshoots.
• Managing moderation of comments, tags, and direct messages to maintain a 100% response rate.
• Driving local awareness and in-store traffic through targeted digital strategies.
• Setting defined objectives and creating monthly performance reports.
• Staying current on social media trends platform updates through competitor research, platform updates, and performance analytics.
• Other duties as assigned.

About You

• 3-5 years professional social media experience required – agency or retail brand experience preferred.
• Ability to design and deliver creative content (imagery and video).
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Proficiency in CapCut, InDesign, Canva, Final Cut, Inshot or similar editing platforms.
• Must have strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of social media metrics and performance data
• BA or BS required
• Familiarity with Ariat brand and platforms such as Sprout, Planoly, Box, Smartsheet and Teamwork are a plus

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year.

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
