We’re seeking ambitious entry-level talent to join our Banking & Financial Services team in Manhattan, an elite group consistently trusted by hedge funds and asset managers for top-tier talent solutions.
The Opportunity
This is a structured, Academy-led entry point into recruitment , designed to develop the next generation of market experts. Through robust onboarding, mentorship, and in-house Learning & Development support, you will gain deep exposure to the buy-side market , building the skills to identify, engage, and advise high-calibre talent.
Initially, you’ll focus on 180° recruitment ; the research and candidate side, including:
After mastering these foundations, you can chart your own career path , continuing as a senior Recruitment Researcher or, progressing into a 360° Consultant role with client engagement and business development responsibilities.
