Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing - Brand Merchandiser to support the Merchandising Business Integration team through accurate maintenance, governance, and communication of product line and assortment data. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data excellence across merchandising systems, supporting Geo and Territory teams with timely, accurate information. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong Excel and data skills , excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product line and assortment data across multiple merchandising systems
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of line plan information through regular audits and validation checks
• Develop an understanding of line architecture, assortment processes, territory constructs, and sport squads
• Partner cross-functionally with Geo and Territory Merchandising, Merchandise Business Integration, Product Information, Pricing, Planning, Supply Chain, Marketplace Operations, Technology, and Insights & Analytics
• Communicate data updates, changes, and risks clearly to stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
• Apply strong process planning and documentation to support consistent workflows
• Navigate ambiguity while balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in analytics, merchandising operations, or data-driven roles
• Strong Excel proficiency with experience working on large datasets
• Solid data analysis and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; self-starter who takes initiative
• Experience with process planning and workflow management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for business communication

Preferred Skills

• Experience in merchandising, product data management, or retail operations
• Familiarity working across global or geo-based teams
• Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
