This role sits in the Global Digital Hub, as part of the AI Shared Services team. • Apply Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Toolbox) to remodel business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cultural transformation and adoption of new processes.
  • Work autonomously while coordinating with program managers, developers, and stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership.
  • Support automation enablement by designing processes that integrate with ERP, MuleSoft, Salesforce platforms, and others.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics, System Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Green Belt and/or other process/business analysis certifications (e.g., CBPP, CBAP) considered with strong demonstrated expertise.
  • 3–5 years leading medium-complexity business process redesign projects, ideally with a focus on automation enablement.
  • Proficiency in BPM and process-mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) and experience applying Lean/continuous improvement methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, Lean Kit, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
  • Familiarity with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Ability to travel when the nature of work demands
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence across technical and business audiences. Experience driving cultural changes is highly desirable.
