Job Title: Call Center Representative (Onsite)

Location: Rockville, MD

Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing call center team in Rockville, MD . This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, have a clear and professional phone presence, and are passionate about delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
• Uphold company standards for quality and compliance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience required
• Strong attention to detail and clear, concise phone communication
• Experience handling high call volumes preferred
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Education/Experience Requirements (any of the following combinations):
• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of call center experience
• Associate degree + 4 years of call center experience
• High school diploma + 6 years of call center experience
