Job: Cashier.

Compensation: $9-$11 hourly based on experience plus tips, up to $100/shift.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-Time.

Overview:

Responsible for providing efficient, friendly service to Cowboy Chicken customers, while maintaining a professional store appearance, to ensure complete customer satisfaction and to reflect the high standards that Cowboy Chicken has set.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in the Food service industry 
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Job Summary/Responsibilities:

• Prepare the restaurant to be a welcoming environment for every guest.
• Greet and interact with guests.
• Answer questions and provide courteous service to customers.
• Politely engage in suggestive selling.
• Accept payment for the product and deliver the correct change.
• Inspect products for quality according to Cowboy Chicken standards.
• Restock cups, napkins, and condiments.
• Perform sanitation duties to maintain an internal and externally clean, safe, sanitary restaurant. Including but not limited to:
• Sweeping and mopping all required areas of the restaurant.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking bathrooms.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs in the customer area.
• Emptying interior and exterior trash receptacles.
• Ensuring the sidewalk and surrounding areas are kept clean.
• Washing windows.
• Ensures that work areas are clean, tables promptly bussed and condiments stocked.
• Answer the telephone promptly and utilize Cowboy Chicken greeting procedures.
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
• Arrives early and prepared, and willing to stay past the scheduled time, if necessary.
• Our hourly team members wear jeans and uniform shirts.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
