Position Summary:

As a Cashier at Olly Olly Marke t, the Cashier plays a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient guest experience. This role is responsible for taking orders, operating the point-of-sale system, and serving food accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced food hall environment. Located in the iconic Starrett Lehigh Building, Olly Olly Market features nine fast-casual concepts from celebrated New York chefs and two vibrant bars. The Cashier works closely with kitchen and front of house teammates to support daily service while maintaining a clean, organized, and guest ready space 

  Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Take guest orders, process payments, and serve food in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate the Toast POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cashier and service area.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teammates to support smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work tasks as assigned by managers or Olly Olly Market Management.
• Assist with restocking, cleaning, and general shop upkeep as needed.
• Support a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment by collaborating across roles.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
• Able to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and use hands and arms throughout the workday.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds.
