About this Position:

Job Title: Change Management Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

  • Develop change management strategies aligned with client’s goals.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact analyses to identify affected user groups.
  • Adapt tools and support materials to meet varying levels of user technical proficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Create communication strategies tailored to different audiences.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resistance to change.
  • Develop deliverables to build buy-in and communicate project value.

Training and Support Alignment

  • Collaborate with training teams to ensure aligned messaging.
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of support materials such as guides and tutorials.

User Adoption and Feedback

  • Identify barriers to adoption and implement solutions.
  • Leverage surveys, focus groups, and interviews to collect feedback and adjust strategy.
  • Maintain regular engagement to ensure user needs are supported throughout the transition.

Post-Deployment Support

  • Offer continued support after go-live, including training refreshers and issue resolution.
  • Develop transition plans to move from the project phase to ongoing support.
  • Prioritize user feedback for future improvements.

Role Summary

This role involves assessing impacts, ensuring readiness, developing communication plans, and providing ongoing support to stakeholders throughout the change process.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in change management or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience with change management tools and methodologies.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, Google Suite, SmartSheet).
  • Strong communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and risk management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality.
