What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, including renewals, marketing, and policy administration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending tailored coverage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with insurance carriers.
• Collaborate with producers and account executives to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver responsive and proactive customer service at every stage of the client relationship.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial property/casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of policy coverages, rating, and account servicing (proposals, billing, endorsements, certificates, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience with agency management systems (AMS360 preferred).
