Our Producers focus on selling. Our Account Managers focus on what matters after the sale: protecting clients, managing risk, and delivering consistent, high-quality service year after year.
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and being the steady hand clients trust.
What This Role Looks Like Day-to-DayYou’ll manage a defined book of commercial clients, handling renewals, endorsements, policy changes, certificates, and audits. You’ll partner closely with Producers and internal teams to ensure renewals are thoughtful, timely, and clean—no chaos, no last-minute fire drills.
You’ll review coverages with a critical eye, spot gaps, and help clients stay properly protected as their businesses evolve. Most importantly, you’ll be the person clients know they can rely on.
