The ideal candidate will be familiar with land development infrastructure construction, possess expertise in design and construction feasibility, and demonstrate proficiency in planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects. Responsibilities include monitoring projects, documenting contractor activities, verifying billable work, and providing project updates to stakeholders.
