Job summary

The Consultant is responsible for supporting datacenterHawk’s clients by delivering on engagements with excellence. This role is focused on working with clients to provide data-driven insights, strategic guidance, and market intelligence. In addition to delivering client work, the Consultant will assist in business development efforts, operational support, and occasionally contribute new datasets or insights to enhance datacenterHawk’s subscription-based platform.

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality consulting engagements by analyzing market data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in the data center industry and translate them into strategic recommendations
  • Communicate data-driven narratives to diverse audiences through clear, compelling presentations and visualizations
  • Collaborate with the Principal Consultant to refine methodologies, structure engagements, and ensure project success
  • Support business development efforts by identifying potential client opportunities, drafting proposals, and supporting sales discussions
  • Assist in the operational aspects of the consulting practice, including tracking project performance and managing deliverables
  • Contribute to datacenterHawk’s subscription-based platform by identifying new data sources, insights, or analysis that enhance product value
  • Engage with industry professionals to expand the firm’s network and stay informed on market trends

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data, presentations, and client-facing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting, market research, data analysis, or a related field
  • Experience in the data center industry, technology sector, or commercial real estate is a plus
