Job Description

Our client, a respected hospital system based in Tennessee, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to support their Compliance function. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and play a key role in managing the department's contractual operations.

Position Overview

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing, drafting, and reviewing a variety of contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Provider Agreements, Agreements ( BAAs), Non- Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Statement of Works (SOWs) Physician Employment Agreements (PEAs) and other compliance-related documents. This individual will ensure that all contracts align with regulatory standards and organizational policies while maintaining strong internal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, Provider Agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Manage the department's contract lifecycle and maintain organized records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure contract terms meet operational and legal standards.
  • Monitor contract performance and manage renewals, amendments, and compliance timelines.
  • Advise on contract risks and ensure alignment with healthcare regulations.
  • Support the CCO in compliance audits and initiatives related to contractual obligations.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract management, ideally within a healthcare or hospital environment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting.
