Crisis Therapist (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC) Requirements

• Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of master’s degree in human services or behavioral healthcare field with one (1) year counseling experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health or adolescent treatment preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in human service or behavioral healthcare field with two (2) years' experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health or adolescent treatment required
• Valid State of Ohio LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW licensure with two (2) years of paid full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health, adolescent treatment, or equivalent required.

• Salary range for LISW, LPCC = $62,000 - $70,000/year

The Crisis Therapist will be responsible for assisting individuals who are in crisis at our Marysville location or assist with crisis calls by Memorial Hospital Emergency Department in Marysville. The Crisis Therapist will complete a crisis assessment or diagnostic assessment and make recommendations for ongoing treatment. The Crisis Therapist will develop a safety plan or treatment plan for youth and adults seeking services and facilitate connecting individuals to outpatient or inpatient treatment. 

Compensation details: 58000-70000 Yearly Salary
