Job Description

**Job Summary** This summer internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of customer marketing & advocacy. You will collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to support customer-focused marketing programs and tactics. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities + Assist in the planning, production and execution of customer stories to help promote customer voice in our go-to-market efforts. + Manage a third-party customer review program, soliciting customer reviews via email outreach. + Collaborate with team members on content creation for social media and other promotional materials. + Collect web and social media data/insights to understand customer marketing results. + Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the customer marketing experience. **Job Requirements** + Currently enrolled in an undergraduate university, preferably in marketing, business, or a related field. + Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. + Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. + Demonstrate a proactive attitude and ability to work independently or collaboratively. + Exhibit a keen interest in customer marketing and analytics. **Education** Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2025 or later.
