Job Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to help improve operational efficiency, sales performance, and customer insights. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, purchasing, and operations teams to turn data into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales, purchasing, inventory, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for executive leadership and department heads
• Clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy across systems
• Provide ongoing support for data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with IT and operations to enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities
• Extract data and generate reports using Prophet 21 (Epicor P21)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Experience working with Prophet 21 (Epicor P21) is strongly preferred
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Doraville, GA
