Data & Reporting Analyst

Location: Hybrid 4 days/week in Columbus. OH----------Only locals

Duration: 7-month Contract (possible extension or conversion

Independent Visa only

Overview:

We’re seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to support reporting and data transformation efforts within Commercial Loan Services. The immediate focus is migrating a large MS Access database to SQL Server , along with ongoing support for reporting tools and data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate legacy MS Access databases to SQL Server, including data modeling and transformation.
• Develop and maintain reports using Tableau , Crystal Reports , and Access .
• Use SQL , SAS , and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
• Support production reporting environments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Document data flows, logic, and technical processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years’ experience in data analysis or reporting.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Access (queries, forms, VBA).
• Proficient in SQL , SAS , and/or Python .
• Experience with SSRS , Crystal Reports , or Tableau .
• Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting production environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in banking, finance, or commercial lending.
• Familiarity with loan servicing systems and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with ETL and data warehousing concepts.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
