At Blindworks our Design Concierge isn’t just a salesperson — they’re a trusted design advisor helping clients transform their homes with stunning window treatments, fabrics, rugs, and more. You’ll combine your creative eye with your sales instinct to guide clients from inspiration to installation, building relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong fans.

This role is fast-paced, rewarding, and built for someone who thrives on autonomy, variety, and results. You’ll meet clients in our showroom and in their homes, creating custom solutions that match their style and budget — all while earning top-tier commissions.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home and in-showroom consultations with homeowners and trade partners
• Manage your appointments, pipeline, and follow-ups through our CRM daily
• Prepare and present accurate quotes that make clients say “yes”
• Build lasting relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with our team to identify and close new opportunities
• Own the client experience from sale through installation — and take pride in every beautiful finish
• Represent Blindworks with energy, confidence, and integrity

• 100% Commission – Uncapped!
• Among the highest in New Jersey’s window treatment industry
• Commission is based on "gross margin" — the more profit you generate, the more you make
• Semi-Monthly commission payouts (twice a month); no waiting for your commission checks
