Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span digital product, engineering, and business teams. This person will bring structure, alignment, and momentum to fast-moving digital programs — ensuring transparency, predictability, and delivery excellence across multiple workstreams and partners.

This is a hands-on, strategic delivery role , ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and people.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multi-team digital programs from planning through execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, and vendor partners.
• Build and maintain integrated roadmaps, dependency maps, and delivery timelines using tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, Confluence, and Miro.
• Drive quarterly and program-level planning to surface risks early, align priorities, and track progress against business outcomes.
• Establish scalable, lightweight program and portfolio management practices (inspired by agile and SAFe frameworks).
• Enhance delivery visibility through dashboards, KPIs, and transparent communication rhythms.
• Partner with leadership to evolve governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration standards.
• Coach and mentor teams on effective program management practices and ways of working.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in digital product, technology, or software delivery environments.
• Proven success managing multi-team, dependency-heavy initiatives across product and engineering.
• Strong technical fluency — able to engage confidently in discussions about architecture, integrations, and delivery timelines.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, and Lucidchart.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical contexts.
