Entry Level Facilities Support in Chandler, AZ

Overview: Are you mechanically inclined and interested in starting a career in tech maintenance? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Entry Level Facilities Support to handle the upkeep and technical maintenance of various equipment and smart storage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedication to providing top-notch service to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
Replace or repair defective components to restore equipment functionality.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
Maintain detailed service schedules and logs for each piece of equipment.
Install and relocate equipment as required.
Manage inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance and repairs.
Receive, check, count, and organize stock.
Pick and pack customer orders within agreed timeframes.
Deliver items to designated locations as needed.
Perform stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
Utilize computerized systems for various tasks.
Complete project deliverables and tasks within specified deadlines.

Proficient with software systems such as SAP, Microsoft Projects, Teamwork, etc.

Willingness to take on additional duties as needed.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Efficiently prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
