We are the IT division of a leading healthcare organization, committed to harnessing technology to improve patient care and health outcomes. Our diverse team of professionals supports critical IT functions, including clinical and revenue cycle solutions, infrastructure management, and the deployment of emerging technologies.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee Epic solutions, specifically Care Everywhere and EpicCare Link. This pivotal role ensures secure, seamless, and effective health information exchange across external organizations, healthcare providers, and systems—enhancing care coordination and supporting clinical decision-making.

Position: EPIC Care Connect Product Manager

Location: Westchester County, NY

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Salary: $105,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of IT professionals, managing projects of varying size, complexity, and scope.
  • Evaluate product requests, assessing system-wide impacts and ensuring alignment with interrelated technologies.
  • Drive the design and delivery of product solutions, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs and enhance interoperability.
  • Oversee workflow development for new systems and participate in successful system go-lives.
  • Engage directly with clients to address and resolve high-level technical issues, ensuring superior customer support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that optimize care delivery and system efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience leading implementation teams and managing projects within healthcare IT.
  • Strong knowledge of product implementation, including interoperability, interfaces, and system integration.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and proficiency in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and inspire team performance.
