A client in Houston is seeking an Epic Principal Trainer.

M-F 8a-5p

We are seeking a Principal Trainer to support our upcoming Epic Beaker implementation, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2025. The engagement is expected to last approximately six months.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in Epic Beaker, particularly in the areas of training curriculum development and delivery.

Ideally, this individual would also have experience with application build and analyst functions to support training readiness and cross-functional alignment.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE :

Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare-related field required. Three (3) years of experience supporting one or more Epic modules preferred. Large-scale health care systems planning and implementation experience on application software products preferred.

• Expert in adult learning theory.
• Experience as principal trainer performing instructional design, training delivery, application implementation(s), etc., as a healthcare provider employee or consultant to healthcare providers
• Proficient in at least one eLearning development tool (e.g., Camtasia, Captivate, Storyline).
• Knowledge of e-learning storyboarding/scripting and e- learning technology.
• Active Epic certification in at least two Epic modules or must receive Epic certification/certification-level proficiency for applicable module(s). Must receive a passing score (as defined by Epic), within two attempts, on all required exams and projects (as defined by Epic) within 6 weeks after completion of training or within a pre-determined 6-week timeframe.
