Job Description

Role: ETL Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote)

Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS.
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned scripts for data transformation and analysis.
Implement and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from various sources into data warehouses.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational and domain standards.
Support production ETL processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of data.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS.
Advanced SQL development and performance tuning skills.
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
Experience working in the healthcare domain (claims, eligibility, payer/provider data, etc.).
Familiarity with Azure ecosystem (Data Lake, Synapse, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
