About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our client's executive team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations through effective scheduling, communication, and organizational support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable asking questions, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and draft email communications on behalf of executives.
  • Track, organize, and follow up on customer leads and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and contact databases.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Anticipate needs, take initiative, and provide proactive support to executives.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to ask clarifying questions when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems a plus.
