Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists a C-Level Executive with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of business and personal administrative tasks.
• Develops an understanding of the C-Level Executive's work style, preferences and needs in order to make decisions about balancing calendar priorities with constructive working time to support effective time management.
• Maintains calendar, coordinates schedule and handles a variety of meeting logistics including catering.
• Compiles expense reports, as well as arranges detailed travel plans, travel itineraries and agendas.
• Create, follow, and continually refine processes to ensure that the C-Level Executive is operating as effectively as possible on a day-to-day basis, while also supporting company-wide strategic goals and initiatives.
• Communicate with the general staff on the C-Level Executive's behalf and coordinate logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
• Reminds the leadership team of important tasks and due dates as well as decisions to be made.
• Drafts reports, communications, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication.
• Coordinates visits by clients and external partners and greet and provide general support.
• Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
• Conserves the C-Level Executive time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
