Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Specialist to support our Food & Beverage customers across Nebraska. This role involves hands-on service, technical support, and relationship management at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance of water treatment systems used in food processing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site service and support for water treatment programs in food and beverage manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor and optimize chemical feed systems for boilers, cooling towers, and process water applications.
• Conduct water analysis and interpret results to adjust treatment programs as needed.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions to maintain compliance and performance.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with plant personnel and act as a trusted technical advisor.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field service, preferably in water treatment or food manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety protocols is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
