Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced financial modeling.
• Experience in healthcare finance or M&A is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
