Job Description

We are looking for a Art Outsourcing Manager to join our team creating AAA quality assets. You are expected to collaborate brilliantly with developers and artists and show effective communication and incorporation of feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create top-quality character-related models and textures.
• Work closely with the Character Art Lead and Character artists to create believable sci-fi armors.
• Assist technical art and engineering in planning and implementing our art into the production pipeline.
• Working directly with the character leads to improving the production processes, tools, and pipelines for character creation, rigging, and animation, and rendering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude.
• Hard Surface / Armor
• Great understanding of next-generation asset creation pipelines and tools.
• Experience using Maya and ZBrush for sculpting.
• Experience using Substance Painter or other core texture painting packages.
• Exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette.
• Excellent eye for light, shade, color, and detail in creating texture maps.
• Able to effectively collaborate with riggers, animators, and directors.
