Real Estate Development and Property Management company, seeking a skilled and reliable Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, buildings, and surrounding areas of our facility. You will ensure that our facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

• General maintenance or cleaning experience.

• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the team.

• Must possess a positive attitude.

• Neat, clean, and professional.

• Self-motivated.

• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities:

• Perform light maintenance tasks, including painting, minor repairs, and basic plumbing tasks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Ensure that all outdoor areas are kept free of debris, including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Respond to all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
