Job Description

Position Summary:

Bruegmann USA is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead and execute the company’s global marketing strategy. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving brand visibility, go-to-market execution, and demand generation initiatives aligned with our strategic growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded marketing leader with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within fast-paced, lean environments. This individual will bring strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on leadership to Bruegmann’s expanding U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and lead the global marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate corporate goals into actionable campaigns, programs, and content.
  • Serve as the senior marketing representative in executive meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Brand & Positioning

  • Manage brand architecture and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with external brand consultants to refine messaging and positioning.
  • Oversee brand representation across digital, print, trade shows, and customer touchpoints.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy including website, SEO, email, and paid media.
  • Oversee the development of product collateral, case studies, videos, and other marketing content.
  • Manage internal and freelance content resources as needed.

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Lead Sales Enablement function globally, including training, onboarding, tools, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Management to ensure value propositions and messaging are aligned for product launches.

Events & Campaign Management

  • Oversee the planning and execution of regional and global trade shows, either through internal hires or external vendors.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns in support of product launches and customer programs.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to sales and go-to-market strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to lead marketing functions in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, brand management, and sales enablement
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Industry experience in food retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), fixtures, or related sectors is highly preferred
