HealthOp is a Direct-to-Hire recruitment company specifically focused in the healthcare sector. We are a small team of high level professionals who help medical organizations find long term fits fast.

A Day In The Life:

  • Build and maintain pipelines of top physicians, APPs, and healthcare leaders across multiple specialties.
  • Partner closely with healthcare organizations to understand their culture and toughest hiring challenges.
  • This role will consistently be given new requisitions and roles to work, rather than relying on finding new business (no need to be a full desk recruiter).

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and highly skilled Healthcare Recruiter with 3–5+ years of experience recruiting physicians, APPs, and senior-level healthcare leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of filling hard-to-find roles, and brings strong industry knowledge to effectively engage and place top healthcare talent.

This is a full-time hybrid role based out of our Gilbert, AZ office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare leadership roles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using sourcing strategies, networking, referrals, and digital tools.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, reference checks, and compensation discussions.
  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and recruitment challenges.
  • Present qualified candidates and manage the interview, feedback, and offer process.
  • Use Loxo ATS to track candidate interactions, maintain data integrity, and manage job workflows.
  • Develop sourcing campaigns and strategies for hard-to-fill roles across clinical and leadership specialties.
  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends, licensure requirements, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience (physicians, APPs, and/or senior leadership required).
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical roles, administrative roles, and regulatory considerations.
  • Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill or specialized healthcare positions.
  • Experience working with an ATS (Loxo experience strongly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
