Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant Salary: $19-22/hr BOE Schedule: Full Time| Part Time Monday- Friday Shift details: 7 AM-3:30 PM |3p-11:30PM| 11 PM-7:30 AM (Rotating Weekends) Location: Dayton, Ohio (surrounding area) Requirements of the CNA role: * Licensed Nursing Assistant (CNA) * BLS Certified * Must be willing to travel * Valid driver's License and Auto insurance Coverage * Reliable transportation * Hospice experience preferred About the Certified Nursing Assistant role: * Perform personal care for the patient including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding according to the hospice aide plan of care. * Document care provided according to the Care 360 Hospice policy. * Report any deviations from the plan of care to the case manager. * Use durable medical equipment safely * Take vital signs when issued as part of the plan of care * Foster cooperative effort among personnel by understanding the functions of other persons involved in patient care and by active participation in team and staff conferences. * Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion if documented on the hospice aide plan of care. * Participate in QAPI activities * Participate in on-site monthly educational meetings Why work with Care 360 Hospice: * Medical, dental, and vision health Insurance * Paid Time Off * 401(k) Matching * Life Insurance * Growth opportunities
