  • Minimum 2 years of HR assistant or coordinator experience, ideally in an international company
  • Previous experience supporting a recruitment or HR function; executive assistant background is a plus
  • Proactive and resourceful with a growth mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable working with HRIS, ATS, and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Greenhouse)

What We Offer

  • Exposure to cutting-edge HR operations in the autonomous technology space
  • Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling and mission-driven organization
