Job Title: HR Associate

Job Overview:

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Associate to join our client to support HR operations and enhance the employee experience across the organization. This temporary-to-hire position is based onsite in Exton, PA and focuses on providing full-cycle HR support, from recruitment coordination to employee engagement and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a central role in helping the business attract, onboard, and retain talent while ensuring HR processes run efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$28–$35/hour

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, onsite during standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the HR Associate:

● Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including processing new hire paperwork and benefit enrollment.

• Coordinate recruitment efforts and collaborate with hiring managers to support staffing needs across technical and operational teams.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.
• Maintain HR compliance through accurate documentation, adherence to employment laws, and support for performance and employee relations processes.
• Contribute to HRIS data accuracy and assist with reporting to support decision-making and workforce planning.

Qualifications and Skills for the HR Associate:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 0-3 years of HR experience, ideally within a scientific, manufacturing, or highly regulated environment.
• Familiarity with employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
