Residential HVAC Service Manager
Maple Grove, MN | Full-Time | 🕒 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $75,000-$125,000

Are you a seasoned HVAC professional ready to lead a high-performing residential service team? We're seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor technicians, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

• Lead and develop a team of residential HVAC service technicians
• Manage scheduling, dispatching, and work order coordination
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Track departmental KPIs and contribute to budgeting and forecasting

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair
• Proficiency with service dispatch software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• NATE Certification
• Experience selling maintenance agreements and add-on services
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
