Required Skills & Experience
• 5 years' experience in cybersecurity with a focus on IAM (Identify Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management)
• General Experience Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments
• General Experience Strong knowledge of PAM technologies; specifically, CyberArk
• General Experience and demonstrated proficiency in authentication and authorization protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• General Experience Previous hands-on experience with automation and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• SailPoint experience
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Job Description
The Lead Identity Access Engineer/ Architect is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the identity and access program and PAM systems. This role requires a deep understanding of PAM solutions, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization to protect sensitive data and critical systems.
