Pay Rate & Shift Details

• Job Duration: 6+ months
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Pay: $16/hour (W2)

Note:

We are seeking several Data Entry Specialists who are interested in transitioning into Imaging Specialist roles once the initial data entry project wraps up. The data entry assignment is expected to last about one to two weeks; after that, you will move into the imaging department, assisting with document preparation and scanning, depending on your skillset and interests. If the scanning projects stay on schedule, this role could continue through the end of the year, with potential for extension.

Job Summary:

As an Imaging Specialist, you’ll efficiently prepare, scan, and maintain important client documents, working closely with both internal teams and outside stakeholders. You’ll also be responsible for contract creation and support work that involves high attention to detail and business integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and index documents for scanning (sorting, removing staples, etc.) based on client specifications
• Use third-party software to scan paper files into quality digital images
• Follow production procedures, completing all necessary internal documentation
• Maintain a clean work environment in the Imaging Center
• Perform quality checks to ensure error-free scans; document and resolve any issues
• Manually enter data for validation and verification as needed
• Re-assemble documents as required and prepare finished products for delivery
• Maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment
• Assist with training new Imaging Specialists
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety checks; use pallet jacks and carts as needed
