📍 Fletcher, NC | 💲 $27.00–$31.88/hr | 🌙 12-hour Night Shifts (Approx. 48 hrs/week)

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Keep equipment running smoothly with preventive and emergency maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Document all maintenance work clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with other shifts and departments to maintain workflow
• Support production teams with technical expertise and training
• Keep the maintenance shop clean, safe, and organized
• Jump into action when equipment issues arise — and escalate when needed
• Help identify opportunities for process improvements

✅ What You Bring:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (PM & documentation experience a must)
• Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma? That’s a plus!
• Detail-oriented, team player, and self-starter
• Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
