Job Description

Industrial Painter

• • Prep items for sand blasting
    • Tape off, plug, cover etc.
  • Prep items for paint
    • Clean, wipe, tape etc.
  • Sand blast and paint using various guns and nozzles
  • Maintain clean, working equipment and environment
  • Safely cleaning up after each job
    • Wiping down, sweeping etc.
  • Utilizing appropriate safety gear
    • Respirators, goggles, masks, gloves, boots, suits

General Skills

• Ability to read blueprints/drawings
• Use various measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measure etc.)
• Use various hand tools (manual and power)
• Proficient in math (algebra, geometry, etc.)
• Detail oriented
• Safety

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability
• Ideally 1 year of experience or trade school (but not required)
