Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist – Pediatric Focus

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Must continue through May 18)
Weekly Pay Package
Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid: $1,162.00
Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable): $1,680.00
Weekly Gross: $2,842.00
About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist to join a leading Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, TX. This is a 26-week contract with a unique 7-on/7-off block schedule, ideal for professionals who thrive in structured, high-impact environments.
This role requires pediatric experience and comfort working in a children’s hospital setting.
Key Details:
Shift: Night 4x10-Hour (22:00 - 08:00)
Long week: Wednesday–Tuesday, 10-hour night shifts (22:00–08:00)
Short week: Sunday–Tuesday, 11-hour night shifts
Every other weekend required
Block scheduling is mandatory
Requirements:
Active pharmacist license (state-specific requirements may apply)
Proven pediatric experience
Ability to commit through May 18
Comfortable with night shifts and alternating schedules
